How to Save Electricity by Unplugging Simple Home Appliances
Let me tell you that just by unplugging my cell phone charger, TV, and computer when Im not using them has saved me around $20 dollars a month. Now that is just for those 3 appliances. Imagine if you unplugged your DVD player, microwave, TV, phone charger, computer, and toaster how much do you think you can save? Really there is no reason for you not to try it out. I am certain that anyone will get results if they try this, you can be wasting 450,000 watts of electricity each year by keeping simple home appliances plugged in.
ANYONE can save electricity by unplugging! You can already tell your kids to do it. I truly started doing this a associate months ago and have already seen my electricity bill decline. There is many reasons on why you should unplug the simple appliances you use daily. The first one on my list is that you save money of course, second you will be doing something good for the ecosystem! Imagine if your whole city decided to unplug appliances when they are not in use, how much energy do you think could be saved?
Say you unplug around 10 items in your home when they are not in use, now say you save $50 a month by doing this. That adds up to $600 a year! Really I wouldnt mind having an additional $600 in my pocket each year. Just think of it as a job, if you unplug 10 appliances when they are not in use you will make $50 a month. I know its not a lot but the job is very simple!
